Central Sofia, Lozenets and Ring Mall are different dinner plans. If your other arrangements are around NDK, Piatto on Verila Street is more practical to compare than Edo on the Ring Road. For an evening on foot, group Lavele, Solunska, Vitosha Boulevard and Tsar Shishman rather than travelling across the whole city.
